1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By visiting our website, signing in, creating an account, or installing and using the RevSDR Chrome Browser Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use RevSDR. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

RevSDR provides sales development automation software delivered across two interconnected components:

A. RevSDR Web Platform (https://www.revlabz.ai): A cloud-based SaaS dashboard allowing users to manage prospect lists, review enrichment data, configure drip sequences, approve AI-drafted messages, monitor delivery queues, and analyze campaign metrics.

B. RevSDR Chrome Browser Extension: A browser extension operating on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator that enables authenticated users to view list statuses, capture public professional profile details on demand, and synchronize leads directly with their RevSDR workspace.

3. User Accounts, Authentication & Security

To access RevSDR, you authenticate using Google OAuth (Google Identity) or Microsoft OAuth (Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft Graph). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information during sign-in.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials and connected workspace sessions.
• Promptly notify RevLabz at support@revlabz.com upon discovering any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your authenticated credentials and workspace.

4. RevSDR Chrome Browser Extension License & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, RevLabz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the RevSDR Chrome Browser Extension from the official Chrome Web Store strictly for your internal business sales prospecting.

5. Outreach Rules, Anti-Spam & Legal Compliance

RevSDR provides tools for sending targeted business-to-business (B2B) sales communications. You represent and warrant that your use of RevSDR outreach features complies with all applicable international, national, and state anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act (United States), CASL (Canada), and GDPR / ePrivacy Directive (European Union / United Kingdom).

• Valid Sender Identity: All outgoing messages must clearly and accurately identify you or your business as the sender, with non-deceptive header and subject line information.
• Physical Address: You must include your organization's valid physical postal address in commercial outreach emails.
• Clear Opt-Out: Every outreach email must include an accessible, functioning unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism.
• Honoring Opt-Outs Promptly: When a recipient requests to be removed or unsubscribes, you must immediately remove or suppress that prospect. RevSDR provides global suppression lists to assist you.
• No Prohibited Content: You may not use RevSDR to send deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or malicious content.

6. AI Message Drafting & Content Disclaimer

RevSDR includes artificial intelligence features that generate contextual email copy drafts and sequence suggestions based on prospect data and your campaign prompts.

Human-in-the-Loop Requirement: AI suggestions are assistive tools, not autonomous legal or business representations. You acknowledge that AI output may occasionally contain inaccuracies or inappropriate wording. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving each message before sending. RevLabz assumes no liability for the content of messages transmitted by you or on your behalf.

7. Third-Party Integrations & Google API User Data Compliance

RevSDR integrates with third-party platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and LinkedIn. Your use of third-party platforms remains governed by their respective terms and policies:

• Google API Services User Data Policy: RevSDR's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used to train generalized AI/ML models.
• LinkedIn Platform: RevLabz is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation. You are solely responsible for ensuring your prospecting activity complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
• Email Providers: When connecting mailboxes via Gmail API or SMTP/IMAP, you are responsible for observing sending quotas, domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and provider terms.

8. Subscription Plans, Billing & Cancellations

RevSDR offers free trials and paid subscription tiers (including our Starter plan with monthly or annual billing options):

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your plan selection. Annual plans represent an annual commitment billed once per year.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through our certified third-party payment gateway (e.g., Stripe / Razorpay). You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your RevSDR dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with access retained until the period concludes.
• Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property & Customer Data Ownership

Your Data: As between you and RevLabz, you retain all right, title, and interest in and to your customer data, including uploaded prospect lists, contact information, and campaign copy. You grant RevLabz a limited license to process this data solely to provide, secure, and maintain the RevSDR service for you.

RevLabz Property: The RevSDR software, Chrome extension, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, logos, documentation, and all underlying intellectual property rights belong exclusively to RevLabz Solutions LLP and its licensors.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RevLabz provides the RevSDR platform, website, and Chrome extension on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any third-party software or updates.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall RevLabz Solutions LLP, its partners, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business reputation, or service interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use RevSDR, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall RevLabz's aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred United States dollars ($100 USD) or the total amounts paid by you to RevLabz in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RevLabz Solutions LLP and its officers, partners, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of applicable laws (including anti-spam or privacy regulations); (c) any message content sent by you using the platform; or (d) your violation of any third-party terms or intellectual property rights.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or revoke extension access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in excessive spamming, trigger severe deliverability complaints, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

Upon termination, your right to use RevSDR ceases immediately. You may request export of your prospect data within thirty (30) days of termination by contacting support@revlabz.com.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
